There are also no exchanges allowed for our products. However, we want our customers to be happy, so reach out to us if you feel there can be an exceptional scenario.
LICENSE TRANSFERS
When you purchase a tool built in Google Sheets, we authorize its use for your specified Gmail address(es) during the checkout process. Please note that we only allow updating of this Gmail address within 7 days of purchase. This is to prevent unauthorized sharing.
Another license must be purchased after 7 days if an email address needs to be changed / updated.
